Life is What you Make It

It has been a while since i sat down and wrote a blog on here. The last time was before I left for basic training and i have experienced so much in that short amount of time . So lets start off fresh with my experiences and things i have overcome while on this journey so far.

The title of this blog is "Life is what you Make it". I bet a lot of you are wondering why I chose this "oh so true" statement. Well in my eyes life and everything you experience is what you make it and those experiences, whether good or bad, determine what you make your life. Lets just say for example, you can make the worst choice or decision possible and it can turn out to help you in the long run because it is what you make it.

Looking back to when I was younger I would never thought I would be experiencing the things I am today. I was one of those, and still am, pretty girls. You know the ones that don't like to get her hands dirty or anything for that matter lol. But look at me today. I am in the US ARMY. Sometimes I wake up in the morning thanking GOD for allowing me the opportunity to be apart of something bigger than myself. Then sometimes I wake up and say "what have I done" lol Overall I think I have made a great decision because I have met some awesome people and made a lot of friends. Not only have I made friends but I have learned and things, GREAT THINGS, Things i never imagined i could possible do or do in this life time. And as I sit here and write this blog I don't think I would change any of the good or the bad.

I am currently in Augusta GA and my next stop will be in FORT DRUM NY. I don't really know what my feelings are about going there but i know that if I stay positive and use everything they taught me, I can make the best out of this Journey.

A New Start

For those of you who read my blog before you'll notice that this is a new start for me. I have decided to restart my blog as a representation of the beginning of a new start. So here we go!

Just a little bit about myself. The name is Lyeshea, but most people call me lala. I recently graduated from Winthrop University with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting (longest 5 years of my life). Just recently I joined the US Army. I will be starting this new journey on October 6 of this year. I am so excited to see what this choice will bring to my life.

I view myself as a fun loving easy going girl. I absolutely LOVE to have fun (what's a life without it). I love to laugh ( it's my escape from all things bad)! I just love LIFE. the things I value most are my Family and friends (believe me they come a dime a dozen). This is just a little bit about myself! To know me is to LOVE me! Hope you enjoy my blog♥
